LCP was founded in 2003 by Gregory Harris, formerly the person responsible for creating and managing Netscape's & Excite's international Web sites and services. Mr. Harris is a San Diego native and has been working in the computer industry since 1991.

LCP loves San Diego and holds its community in high esteem. LCP contributes thousands of dollars each year in goods and services to local charities. Mr. Harris is on the Board of Directors at the Ecke YMCA and the Encinitas Rotary Club as well as a regular contributor to organizations such as Quail Botanical Gardens and the Rhoades School.
